MOVE ME GROUP CLASSES

MOVE CLASSES
If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. MOVE is a 45-minute high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, including equipment like dumbbells, slam balls, cardio equipment etc. and are suitable for ALL fitness levels.

PILATES CLASSES
In our Pilates classes we focus mostly on mat exercises, including equipment like exercise balls, pilates small balls and resistance bands. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements and promotes strength, stability and flexibility.
