Pilates
In our Pilates classes we focus mostly on mat exercises, including equipment like exercise balls, pilates small balls and resistance bands. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements and promotes strength, stability and flexibility.
