Pilates
In our Pilates classes we focus mostly on mat exercises, including equipment like exercise balls, pilates small balls and resistance bands. Pilates exercises develop the body through muscular effort that stems from the core. The technique cultivates awareness of the body to support everyday movements and promotes strength, stability and flexibility.

Client information

Exercise mats and equipment are provided (Protea Heights clients need their own mat)

Each client must have their own exercise ball (You can buy it at Makro, Game or any other sport shop for under R200). The recommended ball size is a 65cm or 75cm diameter

We will inform you when to bring you exercise ball with (We use it once every 3 weeks)

The classes are presented in Afrikaans.
